Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WiniHub, including the website, chat, image and video generation, voice tools, courses and mentor connections (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use WiniHub. If you are under the age required by your country to form a binding contract, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must give accurate information when you register.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

WiniHub uses a coin system to pay for prompts, reports, video generation and other paid features. Free accounts receive a starting coin balance, and additional coins can be purchased ("topped up") through our payment partner.

• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Coin top-ups are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Prices, bonus coins, and tier thresholds (Premium, Pro) may change; we will display current pricing before you pay.
• We may offer bonus coins for top-ups above certain amounts within a given period, as shown in the app.

You agree not to use WiniHub to:

• Generate illegal, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, including content involving minors.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal use.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

WiniHub uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, video and other content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate at times. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-related decisions.

You own the rights to content you generate using WiniHub, to the extent permitted by law, subject to our Acceptable Use rules above and the rights of any third parties referenced in your prompts.

The "Gain a Skill" courses are self-paced learning content provided for educational purposes. Mentors listed in the app are independent individuals; conversations with mentors happen outside WiniHub (for example, on WhatsApp), and WiniHub is not responsible for the content, availability, advice, or conduct of mentors.

WiniHub's branding, design, software and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will always be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiniHub and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or coins. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using WiniHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you inside the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where WiniHub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
